The Venue
A Historic Donelson Home for a Festival
Two Rivers Mansion takes its name from the land it sits on: the point where the Stones River meets the Cumberland. The Italianate mansion was completed in 1859, and the property also holds the 1802 House, one of the oldest brick homes in Middle Tennessee.
Today the estate is a Metro Nashville treasure, and preservation efforts keep the mansion, the grounds, and their history alive for the whole city. Hosting the festival here isn't just a pretty backdrop. It puts the day's proceeds to work for the very lawn you're standing on.
The Neighborhood
The Neighborhood: Donelson and the Two Rivers Corridor
Donelson is Nashville's easygoing east side neighborhood, tucked inside the Briley Parkway loop between the Cumberland River and Nashville International Airport. The festival grounds sit in the middle of the Two Rivers corridor: Two Rivers Park and its skate park are next door, the Stones River Greenway rolls right past the property, Wave Country is across the way, and Gaylord Opryland is just up McGavock Pike.
If you've flown into BNA or spent a weekend at Opryland, you've been minutes from our lawn without knowing it.

Why Two Rivers Mansion Is the Best Festival Venue in Nashville
Set on the historic grounds of Two Rivers Mansion, Touch of Brews swaps downtown crowds for open lawn, shade trees, and a laid-back day of craft beer, live music, food trucks, and family fun.ย
Most Nashville festivals happen on asphalt: a closed street, a parking lot, a downtown block with the skyline for shade. Two Rivers Mansion is the opposite. The 1859 mansion anchors acres of open lawn where blankets sprawl, kids run, and leashed dogs nap under real trees. The stage sound carries across grass instead of bouncing off buildings, and when golden hour hits the mansion’s brick, you’ll understand why photographers love this place.
The practical side is just as good. You park on the grounds instead of hunting a garage, the airport and Opryland are minutes away for out-of-town guests, and the whole day supports the preservation of the property itself. It’s the rare venue that makes the festival better and gets better because of the festival.
it's a whole vibe.
